Mediation allows parties to take control over their cases. Taking your life into your own hands can provide you with Justice and freedom.
Mediation can be your opportunity to settle your case, but it can also be your opportunity to understand the opposing party better.
Mediation is an opportunity to give it your best shot before trial. Give it your best punch and be ready to take one as well. In that process parties oftentimes find solutions not yet seen.
Mediation is ultimately about the parties weighing the good in the case against the bad in the case in a setting without filter. Can you see the other side of the coin?
Kristina B. Krumbein obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands, California with a Major in Communicative Disorders. After moving to Florida in 2010, she obtained a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida International University and has been the business administrator for Krumbein Law PLLC since 2016. During her time as the business administrator for Krumbein Law PLLC, she has taken the entire law school course for the subject of Tort Law through St. Francis School of Law for the purpose of better understanding the main area of law practiced by the firm.
In 2022, she and Jack A. Krumbein, Esquire determined that there was a need in the marketplace for mediators, and began the process of planning the formation of a mediation center that would allow more parties the ability to resolve their cases. She envisioned a firm that was without geographic limitations, and developed a logistical model that allows mediation to occur in person as well as via the web so that Jackson Grace Mediation LLC could provide its services nationwide. She decided the idea that one could “think global, act local” applied to mediation services.
Kristina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
